What we keep about you

Leeghwater is made by Desiign, a company in the Netherlands (KvK 69675295). Desiign decides what happens with the data on this page.

What this site keeps

If you sign up for early access, we keep two things: your email address and the time you signed up. Nothing else.

The site sets no cookies and loads no scripts for analytics or ads.

What we use it for

To mail you about early access to Leeghwater. We do not sell your address, share it or add it to another list.

We do this because you asked for it by signing up. You can take that back at any time.

Where it is kept

In a database at Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. That database is stored in the European Union. Each sign-up is also mailed to us, so it is in our own mailbox too.

Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver the site to you and to stop misuse of the form. We do not store it.

How long

Until early access has ended, or until you ask us to remove your address, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, to delete it or to send you a copy. You can also object to what we do with it. We answer within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, theAutoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
